• This Concept aims to reduce corruption on Roads, Reduce Accident's, Provision of Justice through clarity, And In case of Accidents Immediate Help thus saving lives as well.
• Hassle Free Transportation, Removal of Fussy systems which dont reduce Traffic but increases it.
• Command Center which will make sure every part of City is visible without Cameras.

• Technology Required

• We Will need to Develop Chips for Vehicles which will have information about the Vehicle as to who is the owner of the Vehicle along with Unique Identification Number, Photo Identification and other information which will be detected by Sensor's fixed on Poles of Traffic Light which could read them.
• Along with the Chips there will also be a Navigational Device with GPS mandatory for all user's.
• These Chips on Vehicles will be Detected by another type of Chips put on both side of Roads which will help the Computer to Count the Number of Vehicles on a Particular Road and Accordingly Calculate the Amount of time-to be allocated on Signals as to which road should be given what amount of time to clear traffic accordingly. This will ensure Fast paced Traffic Movement and Reduce traffic by 90%.
• The Vehicle will also have Impact Sensor's within the GPS and Navigational Device In case of Accident's these will activate Distress Call and Send Message to Control Center such that Lives can be saved And also we would be able to Record the Speed and other important Information which lead to accident which will help ensure clear Justice and this will be recorded which means Judicial Systems can carry out Fair Trials with Clear Visible Record's.
• This Device used on Vehicle will also be available for Applications which will help owner of Vehicle to track the Location of Vehicle.
• In case If a Vehicle is Towed The RTO will have to Scan the Vehicle which will send message to owner that the Vehicle is being Towed and the information as to which Police Station is Towing them along with Address and Number of that Particular Station and Officer In-charge.
• Bus and Auto-Rickshaw and other Vehicles which are for Public Transportation will also have additional Device for the Use of Smart Cards It will be similar to those in Singapore. This will Help Government's to keep track of Money Earned By any Vehicle Public or Private the Transaction done on these Vehicle could also be done by smart card which will be Linked to Account Number of Private Transport Owner's and Public Transport Authorities, This ensure quick movement of Traffic in and out of Vehicles and Less worry for people as to of some one will cheat them since the Payment done will be calculated by the system based on Distance that will be set by the Government.
• The Device is completely dependent on chips and those will be the eyes of New Pune since they will both detect location of a Vehicle and the person who owns that Vehicle
• This Technology will detect a Vehicle when it breaks any law and it will alert them if they have broken any law and If they break Law these Devices will send a Ticket to the Person which he could pay Online if it's just a ticket or if a major law is broken then they will stand a fair trial. 
• Once a Law is broken the Ticket will be sent directly to the home of Person, In case if the address is wrong then and Ticket fine is not paid or the person doesn't present himself before Judge then Police can pursue them once they are back on road
• Before Starting a Vehicle The user has to tab his driving licence on the device installed on vehicle which will register who is driving the vehicle, and until this is done the vehicle wont start, this information will be saved in the system to maintain clarity between authorities and user of the commuter.
• The Role of Policemen also becomes important since they will get 2 Devices, By which they can scan the chip of Vehicles and check the information as to who owns that Vehicle along with Photo Identification and if the person broke any law, the system will prompt them if the person is serial offender and according they can act in accordance to law, this will both reduce corruption and Offensive behavior of Policemen and Civilian.
• The other Device will be a Device in which Driving licence with magnetic strip could be inserted as to mark and type in the error that the person did which may go unnoticed by the system and the person may be booked for Violating law and accordingly if needed the system can let the cops know what section of Law the Person broke by calling in the Call Center run by Policemen who know Law Well.
• The Call Center of Policemen will be operated 24/7/365 or 366.
